Stammering is a state of inability to speak or push up a sentence in continuity. Health Orane presents you some tips through which you may be able to speak with minimum stammer. Stammering occurs when you are unable to speak words with beginning letters b, d, g, k, p and t or unable to go with their sounds. It usually starts at very early age of three to seven. These stammering habits lower down as you grow up.

Speak Slow

Common mistake we people do is speak fast. Improve this try to speak slow, that means slow in speed to express yourself. Speak in pace you and the listener is comfortable at. Slow and careful speaking is most effective way to express your views comfortably.

Speak Publicly

You avoid speaking publicly because you are embarrassed of your speech disorder. But this won’t help you in anyway. Speaking well is not the priority but speaking is. How you express yourself publicly and how much you are able to convince the crowd with speech is the matter.

Practice In Front Of You

Picture yourself approaching the person who will be interviewing you. Take a breath, then let it all go. This feels good and for the first time you experience the condition your speech musculature should be in if words are to come out without tension.
